1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of khayrthobes.com and any purchase you make from Khayr Thobes ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Products, pricing, and payment

Product information. We try to show our thobes' colors, details, and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Shipping, returns, and discounts

Shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.

Returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day guarantee.

Discounts and promotions. Discount codes and offers, such as our 2-thobe bundle, apply only under their stated terms and expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be ended or changed at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse discounts.

4. Accounts, use of the site, and content

Accounts. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit false information.

Our content. The Khayr Thobes name, logo, product photos, descriptions, and site design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions. If you post a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it is your own and truthful. You give us permission to display and share it, including on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated.

5. Liability, law, and contact

Disclaimer. Our website and products are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms and our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, Khayr Thobes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

Indemnification. You agree to cover any claims or costs against us that result from your breach of these terms or misuse of our site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
