We want you to love your thobe. If it isn't right for you, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Exchanges (free)
Need a different size or color? We'll exchange it for free and cover the shipping both ways. Exchanges depend on availability. If the size or color you want is sold out, we'll offer you a different option or a full refund.

Returns for a refund
Prefer your money back? Return the thobe within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. Return shipping for refunds is paid by the customer.

If you bought items with a discount, such as our 2-thobe bundle, your refund will be for the amount you actually paid for the returned item.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email us at info@khayrthobes.com with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and, for exchanges, a prepaid shipping label.
3. Once we receive your return, we'll send your exchange or process your refund.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
